White Bark Drops

Submitted by Cris and Angel

White Bark Drops

6 cups Captain Crunch cereal or other crunchy-sweet corn cereal
2 cups of dry-roasted salted peanuts
2 tablespoons peanut butter
6 oz. white almond bark

Hint: work with half. Don't try to do it all in one bowl -- the bark hardens too quickly and you'll just end up wanting to reheat it.

Place bark and peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl. Heat on high for 2 minutes, stir and heat on high for 1 minute. Stir. Should be completely melted and satiny. Keep heating for 1 minute at a time until it's the right consistency. Pour over combined cereal and peanuts and drop by tablespoon onto wax paper. The candies will harden in about 10 minutes. Keep in airtight container. Depending on how big you make the candies, should yield about 8 dozen pieces.
