Peanutbutter-Oatmeal
Doggy Biscuits

McGee's Favorite Biscuit

3 cups whole wheat flour
2 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat germ
1/4 cup dry milk powder
11/3 cup water
1/3 cup creamy peanut butter
1 large egg

Mix flour, oats, germ, and milk, mix well. Blend water, peanut butter and egg until smooth.

Add to dry ingredients and stir until blended. Dough will be very stiff...knead with hands.

Roll to 1/2"thick. Use cookie cutter in any shape. Bake at 275 degrees for 11/2 hours.

For a drier biscuit bake and additional 1/2 to 1 hour. Watch they don't burn...

Makes about 80 2-inch biscuits
